If you aren’t familiar with The Moondoggies, their name might conjure visions of drum circles ripe with patchouli. Seattle’s beloved The Moondoggies are a far cry from a hippy jam session. Carefully crafted and fresh as a spring breeze, their alt-Americana is a local staple that is spreading like wild fire. The Moondoggies just wrapped  touring with the Head and the Heart and a flurry of headlining dates. They are returning to Seattle at Barboza for two nights of full throated harmonies and must see music.

Refining their music as their sound has evolved, The Moondoggies have struck a balance that skates a fine line between American and Rock. Reasons you should not miss this show: intricate songs, musical intuition that reeks of telepathic communication between band members, and a captivating stage presences. Not to mention, The Moondoggies play some stellar tunes. Kicking off the evening will be The Wayfinders and Le Sang Song.
