Flying Lotus is coming to the Neptune fresh off the release of his spectacular new album Until the Quiet Comes. Since his breakthrough record Los Angeles Steven Ellison (aka Flying Lotus) has left critics wide-eyed and begging for more of his electro-jazz and hip-hop hybrid.
Ellison’s music is steeped in heavy grooves and bass lines wrapped around a backbone firmly planted in the ethos of jazz. Getting his start making beats for Adult Swim Ellison has since gone on to become one of the most prestigious producers around the world with a list of collaborators that include Thom Yorke, Erykah Badu, Thundercat and even Drake.
