Watch: El-P — “Stand Down”

El-P has premiered a music video for “Stand Down” via Pitchfork.tv. The song is off his latest album, this year’s Cancer 4 Cure.
Timothy Saccenti directs the sultry, night-life snippet, which features the accompaniment of TV on the Radio’s Jaleel Bunton. A purple laser glow fills the space in which the El-P performance is set. The crowd, expressionless at first, grow increasingly angry and uproarious. El-P raps in top form above the bass-heavy, body-rumbling beat.
