Tonight a segment of Seattle’s music culture– a more proudly, excitedly, proudly drug-free segment of the community– will have their own distinct version of a four-twenty celebration. Trial, one of the great Northwestern straight-edge hardcore acts, made their name in the scene in five short years between 1995 and 2000. Hardcore kids everywhere cheered when the band decided to get back together and take the show on the road just last year. They had a couple of one-off reunions throughout the years, but now it appears the band is fully active. Tonight’s show will have a blend of hardcore legends and exciting new acts (Powerwolves!) for the kids to lose their minds and spin-kick each other to.
