I was going to suggest the Gary Clark Jr show at the Crocodile, but that’s officially sold-out so let’s do something a little different. Free Funk Union is The Triple Door’s latest weekly collective hosted by Adam Kessler (Publish the Quest) and D’Vonne Lewis (Industrial Revelation). The goal of this weekly is offer a unique gathering for local artists to collaborate and music lovers to appreciate. The show runs every Monday at least through March.

Alone for Valentines Day? Well you don’t have to be if you play your cards right tonight! Get your grove on complements of Tiger Beat & DJ Christyle at Moe Bar Mondays. This is the “best weekly dance party in Seattle for over 3 years” according to Moe Bar, but I’m not sure who votes on that. Regardless what a better way to meet your future ex.
Kung Fu Grindhouse is a monthly mini film fest that is held at Sunset Tavern. Every month will have a different theme, but every event will feature older B-list films that vary from lost gems to extremely cheesy. The event never has a cover charge and businesses like Arcane Comics help keep it that way, so be sure to help support them! Attendees can purchase food from Flying Squirrel Pizza or drinks from the bar. – Lindsey Scully
