Suge Knight Suggests Tupac Isn’t DeadPosted by Bebe Besch
Former Death Row Records label boss, Suge Knight, has suggested that Tupac Shakur is still alive.
After Tupac’s hologram made appearances at the Coachella Music Festival the past two weekends, it’s no question that the former rapper is fresh on the minds of many people, including Knight.
Knight, who spent time with Tupac on the day of his death in Las Vegas in 1996, has now suggested to Los Angeles radio station KDay via TMZ that Tupac faked his own death.
When asked if anyone had seen the hip-hop artist’s body after his alleged death, Knight responded, “Maybe the question is… Pac’s not really dead… Pac’s somewhere else.” Knight added that, “Nobody seen Tupac dead.” Knight continued by saying, “The person who supposedly cremated Tupac… this guy got about three million dollars… personally from me… cash… and next thing I know I never heard from the guy or seen him again… he retired and left.”
An ex-LAPD detective proclaimed earlier this year that P Diddy and Suge Knight were responsible for ordering the murders of rappers Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur. Diddy responded to the accusations by saying that the “story is pure fiction and completely ridiculous”.
Knight has also been arrested in previous circumstances for an assault with a deadly weapon, noted for charges of driving on a suspended license, and just this year was arrested for illegal marijuana position for which he was sentenced 36 months probation.
