Stream Bobby Womack’s Latest Album

Legendary soul man Bobby Womack is offering a stream of his latest album, The Bravest Man in the Universe.
Womack, presently recovering from surgery to treat colon cancer, originally went into west London’s Studio 13 and New York City’s Manhattan Center between October and December 2011. The Bravest Man in the Universe, Womack’s first album of original material in 18 years, is co-produced by Damon Albarn and Richard Russell.
The album features a guest appearance from Lana Del Rey on “Dayglo Reflection” and samples the likes of Sam Cooke and Gil Scott-Heron.
The Bravest Man in the Universe comes out June 12 via XL but can be streamed for free at NPR’s website.
