Something shimmery for your Summer Sunday sojourns. I’m a big fan of the post-rave, internet-pop outfit Elite Gymnastics, their Ruin 1/2 album was one of my favorites from last year. Ruin 3 and Ruin 4 are also really really great, and feature remixes from talented folks such as Physical Therapy, How To Dress Well, CFCF, LOL Boys and many more. “Life/Trap” is one of the two originals on Ruin 4.
Elite G’z are touring with their Twitter-sister Grimes in the fall, and will be releasing another EP of original material later this year. We’ll keep you posted when more information drops.
