Skrillex Making Music For James Franco Film

Skrillex is set to compose the soundtrack for an upcoming movie starring James Franco called Spring Breakers. At the helm of the film is notorious director Harmony Korine – the auteur famous for bizarre motion pictures like Gummo and Julien Donkey-Boy.
The dubstep phenom has been on a torrential path of success over the last couple of years. This most recent revelation broke in an interview that Randall Poster – Wes Anderson’s long-time musical director – had with Pitchfork. Poster is serving in the same capacity on Korine’s upcoming project.
If all goes according to schedule, the Skrillex-infused Spring Breakers will hit theaters in Spring 2013.
