According to The NME, British pop act Florence + The Machine have announced their only headlining date for 2011. The band will play Hackney Empire in London on October 25th, a scant six days before the release of their new album, Ceremonials. This show marks the first time Florence And The Machine will play a show based on the new album in front of a live, paying audience.
Ceremonials was produced by the award-winning and multi-talented Paul Epworth, and features the singles “What the Water Gave Me” and “Shake it Out.” The new album’s release date is the rapidly-nearing October 31st, but fans will likely have to wait until next year to see Florence And the Machine in concert.
