The dynamic pairing of The Black Keys and RZA is setting the world afire once more with their collaborative cut “The Baddest Man Alive” .The song will be featured on the soundtrack for RZA’s forthcoming motion picture “The Man with the Iron Fists“.
“The Baddest Man Alive” is a fuzzy, thumping song, full of meditative mojo. Look out for RZA’s fierce appearance halfway through the track – the big drums and sensual guitar lines contrast well with him. They previously worked together on a song for the Blakroc record in 2009, a heavy fusion of blues rock and hip hop.
The Man with the Iron Fists marks two firsts for the legendary rapper: it is his directorial and leading man actor debut. The soundtrack to the film comes out on Oct. 23. Nationwide release for the movie is Nov. 2.
