Interpol’s Paul Banks Announces U.S. Tour

Paul Banks, lead singer and guitarist for Interpol, recently announced plans for a lengthy U.S. tour to coincide with his new solo record.
As the frontman for Interpol, he released four successful albums with the band before going on hiatus. Banks is his second solo full-length effort which comes out Oct. 23 courtesy of Matador Records.
His streak of performances starts off at Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, TX on Nov. 3, bouncing between both coasts for a month’s worth of gigs. He will then depart for Europe for substantially more dates in early 2013.
