Producer. Photographer. Designer. Musician. Funk savant. These are just some of the many hats the Detroit-born, Berlin-bred Jimmy Edgar wears on a daily basis. His brand of hyper-erotic House music is as multi-faceted as the man himself: sensual, accessible, playful, inventive, and unexpected.
For his appearance at the Warp Records showcase, Jimmy Edgar will be playing his entire Majenta album, released earlier this year. For a more conventional DJ Set (as conventional as playing on a boat in the middle of the day after partying all night can be), grab tickets to the Thursday Boat Party. Decibel Passes don’t cover Boat Party admission, so act fast.
