Decibel Festival 2012 Preview: Jerome LOL

You know what they say: One LOL Boy is better than no LOL Boys. Since announcing their split earlier this month, it remained to be seen what would happen with the LOL Boys’ scheduled appearance at Decibel Festival. Thankfully, Jerome LOL (aka Jerome Potter) is content to fly solo. He’s released a couple of tracks on his own Soundcloud, one rooted firmly by a stilted wind-up music box melody and the other a nearly 10-minute long jazz-tinged ditty that samples vocals from Erykah Badu’s “On and On.” We expected nothing less from one of L.A.’s finest.
