The Night Slugs showcase will give you a taste of what’s heating up the clubs on the East Coast and on the other side of the Atlantic. The label has spent the last two years establishing a distinctly underground sound, rooted in the styles of UK garage and dubstep; their catalog of singles and remixes reflects the bleeding edge of bass music cavaliers. The bill of performers includes Girl Unit, who combines the silky feel of R’n’B with the vitality of footwork and house. RinseFM host and Night Slugs co-founder Bok Bok will provide relief for fidgety feet and the rhythmically-challenged. Brooklyn’s Kingdom, who remixed L-Vis 1990‘s floor-filler “United Groove” into a bonafide anthem, is set to dismantle genre definitions and boundaries. As DJs, their breadth in dance music is matched evenly to their influence as producers. If you can’t feel your feet moving, you better check your pulse.

Stream: Little Jinder – Youth Blood (Bok Bok Remix)
