City Arts Fest 2012: SSG Music’s Semi-Acoustic Party 10/20

It’s that time! City Arts Fest 2012 is upon us!

SSG Music was invited by City Arts to host a happy hour showcase. We’re taking full advantage of the opportunity to invite some of our favorite local bands who are playing City Arts Fest to create a unique, semi-acoustic opportunity for connection and collaboration.

Who’s on the docket?

We’re thrilled to announce that Lemolo, Ravenna Woods, Mt. St. Helens Vietnam Band, and Motopony will be joining us for our inaugural “SSG Music Semi-Acoustic Party.”

What will the happy hour look like?

Fans will have a chance interact with up-and-coming Seattle favorites in a really unique setting. Similar to the round, Lemolo, Ravenna Woods, Mt. St. Helens Vietnam Band, and Motopony will be playing stripped down versions of their music. What makes this show so special is that they’ve been in cahoots making covers of each others music for the past few weeks. Lemolo might cover Motopony, Motopony might cover Lemolo and Ravenna Woods, Ravenna Woods might cover Lemolo and Mt. St. Helens Vietnam Band; the possibilities are bountiful!

What you can be sure of is you’ll see new debut collaborations from some of Seattle’s heavy favorites, and SSG Music couldn’t be more excited to present.
