Following Nightmare Fortress at the Neumos stage on Day 2 of Capitol Hill Block Party was a six piece titled Pollens who are tied to both Los Angelos and Seattle. Their strength comes from melodic harmonies throughout their female-heavy vocals. Their album, Brighten & Break, drops September 21. Fans and newcomers to their set of the block party were constantly swaying and in awe with their new musical creations which you can soon find yourself, courtesy of Tapete Records based out of Germany.
