Beck Releases Music for Video Game

Beck has penned three new songs, “Cities”, “Touch the People” and “Spiral Staircase”, which will be featured on a Sony Playstation game ”Sound Shapes”.
Since 2012 began, Beck has released almost an entire album’s worth of music through various outlets, including soundtracks, covers and features. This collaboration with Sony is another platform from which Beck can deliver new music.
The game will also feature music from DeadMau5, I Am Robot and Proud and Jim Guthrie. “Sound Shapes” will be available on PS3 and PS Vita on August 7.
