Bad Brains Documentary Showing at SilverDocs

Bad Brains are the subject of a feature length documentary entitled “Bad Brains: A Band in DC”; the film screens this week at Silver Docs in Maryland.
Directors Ben Logan and Mandy Stein take a focused look at the legendary Washington, DC band that fused hardcore punk and reggae music. They utilize exclusive interviews as well as archival footage to form a understanding of Bad Brains’ cultural and musical impact.
Airing as a part of the American Film Institute‘s yearly Silver Docs series, the filmmakers will be present afterwards for a Q&A session.
